This policy applies to GuardianX subscriptions purchased through Creem.io, our Merchant of Record, on the 6-month (€750) or 1-year (€1500) plans described on our Pricing page.
If you are not satisfied with GuardianX, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, provided the request is made in good faith. To request a refund, contact support or use the link in your Creem order confirmation email.
Once the 14-day window has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable and non-proratable for the remainder of the term, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Cancelling future renewal does not itself trigger a refund of the current, already-paid term. Cancellation simply stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the paid period.
Approved refunds are issued by Creem.io to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Where applicable law grants a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, that right may be limited once you have expressly requested immediate access to the Service and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right upon full performance. Our 14-day guarantee in Section 2 is offered voluntarily in addition to, not instead of, any non-waivable statutory right you may have.
