From policy to visibility in five steps

1. Set up your organization

   Create your GuardianX organization, add administrators, and define the scope of devices you are authorized to manage — family or company.

2. Communicate the policy and legal basis

   Document the legal basis for monitoring (parental responsibility or employment agreement) and give device holders clear, upfront notice.

3. Connect administered devices

   Enroll devices you own or formally administer using the GuardianX setup flow, with visible installation confirmation on the device.

4. Assign roles

   Grant owner, administrator or reviewer access so only the right people can see policy data, exports or audit logs.

5. Monitor status and authorized events

   Track device integrity, policy compliance and authorized events from the dashboard, with a complete audit trail of every action.
