By requesting, accepting or using a GuardianX license, you ("Licensee") agree to these License Terms, the Responsible Use Policy and any applicable Software License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use GuardianX.
GuardianX is an authorized device-administration platform that allows an administrator to manage, verify and audit devices the Customer owns or is legally authorized to administer. GuardianX is provided for parental device management and employee-device management use cases only.
Customer represents and warrants that:
GuardianX is not sold. It is licensed. GuardianX remains the intellectual property of its author and operator. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the agreed licensing period.
For a 12-month license, Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the GuardianX software platform for a period of 12 months, subject to the License Terms and Responsible Use Policy. The same limited-license structure applies to any approved 6-month license for its agreed term.
GuardianX license options are published on our Licensing Options page. License requests are manually reviewed before any agreement or payment instructions are provided. Payment instructions are provided privately after approval of the license request and execution of the applicable license agreement.
Licenses are pre-paid for the selected term and do not auto-charge for a new term without your action. You may request non-renewal at any time by contacting support; non-renewal stops future licensing periods but does not itself entitle you to a refund of the current term.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
GuardianX is built to support legitimate and secure management. To ensure privacy and compliance, the platform should only be deployed on devices you are legally authorized to manage, and should not be used for undisclosed tracking or credential gathering. Full prohibited uses are listed in our Responsible Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, without prejudice to any other remedy available to us.
Licensee is solely responsible for: providing legally sufficient notice to device holders; obtaining any consent required by applicable law; and using data obtained through GuardianX only for lawful, authorized purposes.
GuardianX and all associated software, branding, documentation, interface elements and related materials remain the property of the GuardianX author and operator. No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee.
GuardianX is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by Licensee for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe the Service is being used in violation of Section 8 or applicable law.
Unless mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the dashboard or by email before taking effect.
